What you will do

• Own the commercial performance of the licensee portfolio and drive revenue growth using BI data insights.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within assigned licensees.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Analyze market trends and the competitor landscape specifically for Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo.
• Identify commercial opportunities and proactively drive the adoption of upsell initiatives and products.
• Lead process improvements and oversee operational tasks including expense approvals and team planning.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English (business level).
• Proven experience in B2B Account Management within the Online Gaming industry.
• Previous experience managing at least one direct report.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools for identifying and presenting insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office.

Nice to have

• Specific knowledge of the Italian market or experience with Italian licensees.
• Additional language skills, particularly German or French.
• Experience with IMS or other online gaming platform back offices.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for performance reporting.
