Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid role with 30% travel required).
Compensation: EUR 35,000–40,000 base salary + EUR 10,000–15,000 variable performance bonus.

What you will do
- Retain and grow the assigned merchant portfolio through regular business reviews and sales calls.
- Identify and execute opportunities for product upselling and cross-selling of ecosystem services.
- Manage the Go-Live process for new merchants to reduce time-to-market.
- Provide consultancy to merchants on revenue optimization and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on co-marketing activities to increase transaction volume.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, attend industry events, and perform field activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or business consulting, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to grow partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in upselling and cross-selling to maximize transaction volume.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and data-driven approach.
