Salary: 33,440 - 50,160 EUR RAL

What you will do

• Develop client relationships and drive business growth by upselling additional modules and services to existing clients.
• Define pricing structures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and prepare commercial offerings, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Act as the primary point of reference for assigned clients, managing their needs and change management processes.
• Serve as Project Manager for client-related initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of scope, timing, and quality.
• Negotiate contract renewals and manage relationships with clients' procurement representatives.
• Lead periodic State of the Account (SOTA) meetings with clients.

Requirements

• English: Good working proficiency required
• Project Management skills: Ability to plan, execute, control, and close projects to meet defined goals
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid model)
