Salary: $117,000 – $145,000 annually + bonus + equity.

What you will do

• Lead regional risk and analytics initiatives, including exposure analysis and KPI definition.
• Partner with Sales and Finance on pricing strategy, margin evaluation, and complex commercial deal structures.
• Develop revenue models and forecasts to support accurate regional planning.
• Provide analytical support during strategic prospect discussions and solution shaping.
• Act as a key connector between regional go-to-market teams and central Analytics/R&D groups.
• Evaluate merchant needs and competitive positioning to drive long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
• 4+ years of experience in analytical roles within commercial or revenue-focused environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Must be based in or near New York for hybrid office attendance.
• Experience with analytical tools; Python or SQL proficiency is a strong advantage.
