What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve underwriting and pricing strategies.
• Optimize acquisition strategies responding to customer behavior and marketplace changes.
• Develop financial strategies from data insights to enhance credit risk, profitability, and growth.
• Seed market tests to understand customer behavior and inform future investments.
• Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and capital markets teams to launch strategies.
• Communicate strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Proven end-to-end problem-solving: framing questions, hypothesis, data analysis, stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• 2–7 years in analytical role (2–5 YOE for Principal Analyst, 4–7 for Manager).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Analytical experience with credit cards or consumer lending.
• Experience scaling a business in a fast-paced startup.
• Expertise in SQL or Python.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor).
