Location: Mounds View, Minnesota, USA. Minimum of 4 days a week onsite
Salary: $115,200 - $172,800

What you will do
- Manage learning initiatives for large enterprise programs, including integrated project plans, milestones, and risk management.
- Partner with SMEs, change management, and vendors to align learning deliverables with program timelines and business objectives.
- Drive learner readiness through audience analysis, role mapping, and training strategy execution.
- Ensure all learning plans, training records, and implementation activities remain compliant and inspection-ready.
- Oversee the development of quality programs and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide expert guidance in interpreting regulatory and governmental regulations to assure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of work experience in Quality or a regulated industry, OR an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Mounds View, MN at least 4 days a week.
- U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship available for Principal-level roles).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience designing training solutions (ILT, eLearning, Teams training).
- Experience leading learning workstreams for complex system implementations like SAP or PLM.
- Ability to translate business and system changes into tangible training impact and strategy.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of learning program delivery in regulated environments.
