What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and regions to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build robust talent pipelines through proactive headhunting, university relationships, and industry networks.
  • Optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics while achieving SLAs for internal clients.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies within the recruiting function.
  • Standardize and leverage TA technology, including ATS, CRM, and assessment tools.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership on key TA metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or people-management role.
  • Proven track record of scaling recruiting in high-growth environments.
  • Deep experience with end-to-end recruitment across tech, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in TA analytics, dashboards, and ATS/CRM tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Global mobility and international recruitment experience.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or AIRS.
