Talent Acquisition Manager
Utilities One Group

📍 Minsk, Belarus (Fully Remote)
🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 15:00–23:00

Utilities One Group is a US-based international company with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. The company supports the telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center industries through specialized services and consulting.

Responsibilities
— Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across multiple locations and time zones
— Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job opening to offer acceptance
— Assign vacancies to recruiters, monitor progress, and ensure hiring targets are met
— Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
— Review recruitment pipelines and improve candidate flow efficiency
— Optimize recruiting workflows, communication, reporting, and team performance
— Track key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and recruiter productivity
— Coach and develop recruiters to improve hiring outcomes and candidate quality
— Coordinate international recruitment activities across multiple markets
— Maintain ATS data quality and support sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Requirements
— Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
— Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
— Experience working with international and distributed teams
— Strong leadership, people management, and coordination skills
— Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
— Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment
— Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles simultaneously
— Experience with ATS platforms; experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines

Nice to have
— Experience hiring both white- and blue-collar roles
— Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
— Track record of improving recruitment processes and recruiter performance
