What you will do
- Own and optimize the website strategy and design to support brand positioning and lead generation.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy and content calendar for the company and executive brand presence.
- Translate business goals into integrated digital strategies across web, social, and digital advertising.
- Champion the integration of AI and LLM tools into digital strategy to enhance efficiency and campaign performance.
- Monitor site performance and social metrics using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Strategist with hands-on website design and social media management.
- Demonstrated experience in the digital marketing of both products and services.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% yearly.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR technology, RPO, recruiting technology, or staffing markets.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms and CRM integration.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for design, content creation, or digital strategy.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
