What you will do

• Develop intelligent, scalable backend solutions for high-volume debt recovery operations.
• Create comprehensive renegotiation and installment strategies that balance recovery goals with customer satisfaction.
• Integrate generative AI tools and models to automate workflows and accelerate feature delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to test and implement recovery strategies.
• Analyze customer behavior data to measure impact and continuously iterate on collection approaches.

Requirements

• Solid software development experience with backend technologies, preferably Python.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and models and their integration into real-world applications.
• Authentic interest in credit, collections, and debt recovery business domains.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with urgency in fast-paced environments.
• English: Advanced/fluent proficiency required for communication

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Fintech, credit, collections, or financial services.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools to derive insights from customer behavior patterns.
• Experience building or deploying machine learning models in production environments.
