What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices within the Credit Team.
• Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with high security and performance.
• Utilize Google Cloud services to build and maintain distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance units to deliver financial solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Refine platform capabilities using user feedback and system analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced environments.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for professional communication.
• Proven track record of shipping software, particularly in the Fintech domain.
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and REST API design.
• Experience with Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and gradual rollout practices.
• Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building payment systems or financial disbursement solutions.
