What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable ETL and data pipelines using ClickHouse, Postgres, and Athena.
• Design and optimize distributed data storage solutions for high performance and low latency.
• Drive schema evolution, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration for batch and streaming data.
• Own end-to-end data flow, including integration, validation, lineage, and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to operationalize new ML/AI models.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, mission-oriented engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, specifically with production ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deep proficiency with ClickHouse, Postgres, Athena, and distributed systems like Kafka.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in workflow orchestration tools like Airflow and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in high-scale, low-latency environments with a focus on financial-grade security.
• Must be based in Brazil for this remote-first role.
