TL;DR

Senior ABM Strategist (B2B): Leading account-based marketing and go-to-market strategy for complex client accounts with an accent on 6sense, Clay, and data-driven audience prioritization. Focus on translating ambiguous B2B challenges into activation-ready frameworks, mapping buying committees, and aligning marketing and sales teams for revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Peru

What you will do

  • Lead B2B GTM and ABM strategy, including ICP development, persona mapping, and campaign planning.
  • Own 6sense strategy, including segment logic, buying stage interpretation, and account scoring.
  • Utilize Clay for account enrichment, TAL development, and segmentation workflows.
  • Translate complex client data and market signals into clear, actionable GTM recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Paid Media, Content, and Analytics to execute integrated activation plans.
  • Lead client-facing strategy conversations, presentations, and performance readouts.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Must be based in Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Peru.
  • Proven experience in B2B GTM and ABM strategy development.
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense and Clay for audience logic and enrichment.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, activation-ready strategies.
  • Strong client-facing skills with experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
