What you will do

• Lead end-to-end commissioning activities for new construction, major renovations, and optimization projects.
• Execute rigorous functional performance testing and QA/QC protocols for critical equipment.
• Oversee system startup phases and ensure seamless handoffs to operational teams.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to owners, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to troubleshoot integration issues and enforce performance standards.
• Identify and implement solutions for systemic inefficiencies to drive cost savings and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commissioning, facility operations, or infrastructure integration.
• Extensive technical mastery of large-scale mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Deep understanding of modern building codes, testing protocols, and safety regulations.
• Must be comfortable with significant travel requirements (up to 50%), including long-term field assignments.
• Proven background in both new-build construction and existing facility performance optimization.

• Experience commissioning mission-critical environments such as data centers, laboratories, or healthcare facilities.
• Industry-recognized commissioning certifications like CxA or CCP.
