What you will do

• Execute commissioning activities, including plan creation, design reviews, and functional performance testing.
• Develop owner project requirements and chair commissioning kickoff meetings.
• Perform pre-functional tests and observe equipment start-up.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, owners, and contractors.
• Conduct QA/QC on company-wide controls design projects.
• Manage project close-out processes and prepare final reports.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in commissioning or related fields (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or ATC systems).
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction procurement processes.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Nashville, TN.
