Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate with general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and owners
• Develop commissioning scope, plans, test scripts, and reports
• Review design documents, submittals, shop drawings, and conduct design reviews
• Perform site observation visits, execute and witness tests onsite
• Facilitate commissioning meetings and manage issue resolution
• Handle warranty walkthroughs and serve as primary client contact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years MEP construction, commissioning, and project management experience
• High-level understanding of engineering in built environment, local energy codes, and LEED Cx requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to read construction drawings and act on project financial information
• Travel up to 75%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
