What you will do
- Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
- Conduct field visits 5 days per week to meet with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff.
- Prospect into new offices and build referral partnerships from the ground up.
- Increase referral volume through strategic account management and consistent follow-up.
- Educate healthcare providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
- Manage pipeline, activity, and account performance using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, recruiting, or athletics.
- Must be located in Princeton, NJ.
- Proven track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to spend the majority of the work week in the field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales.
