Location: Must be located in Princeton, NJ

Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped monthly variable compensation

What you will do

  • Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
  • Conduct field visits 5 days per week to meet with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff.
  • Prospect into new offices and build referral partnerships from the ground up.
  • Increase referral volume through strategic account management and consistent follow-up.
  • Educate healthcare providers on the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline, activity, and account performance using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, recruiting, or athletics.
  • Must be located in Princeton, NJ.
  • Proven track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to spend the majority of the work week in the field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales.
