TL;DR

Account Executive (Medtech): Driving adoption of hirify.global's medical supply and Rx marketplace through outbound prospecting and relationship building with healthcare decision-makers with an accent on cold outreach and territory development. Focus on executing door-to-door visits, conducting high-volume cold calling, and converting leads into active accounts.

Location: Must be based in the DC or NYC area. Hybrid work policy: team members work from the office four days per week.

hirify.global is a VC-backed fintech and software company building an ecosystem to help doctors manage their practices more efficiently.

What you will do

  • Conduct daily cold outreach via phone, email, and door-to-door visits to private practices.
  • Build relationships with physicians and office managers to drive adoption of the supply and Rx marketplace.
  • Attend medical conferences and industry events to network and close sales opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to showcase value and win new accounts.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of healthcare practices using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective pitches and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Experience in medical sales, particularly with supplies or pharmaceuticals.
  • Must be located in the DC or NYC area for a primarily in-person role.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Background as a college athlete.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
