Location: Must be based in the DC or NYC area. Hybrid work policy: team members work from the office four days per week.

What you will do
- Conduct daily cold outreach via phone, email, and door-to-door visits to private practices.
- Build relationships with physicians and office managers to drive adoption of the supply and Rx marketplace.
- Attend medical conferences and industry events to network and close sales opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to showcase value and win new accounts.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of healthcare practices using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective pitches and outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Experience in medical sales, particularly with supplies or pharmaceuticals.
- Must be located in the DC or NYC area for a primarily in-person role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Background as a college athlete.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
