What you will do

  • Oversee comprehensive forecasting and inventory planning initiatives to synchronize supply with demand across channels.
  • Elevate S&OP maturity by balancing stock discipline with commercial goals through scenario analysis.
  • Create and roll out analytics dashboards to inform executive decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Interpret historical data to deliver actionable business insights and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Lead AI-augmented enhancements in planning workflows, automation projects, and data governance.
  • Partner with operations, finance, merchandising, and technology stakeholders to boost planning precision.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, or operations analytics in high-velocity settings.
  • Strong grasp of S&OP methodologies and multi-channel retail dynamics.
  • Superior analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and using analytics tools to steer business decisions.
  • Visible leadership with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from New York City.
