What you will do

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm and able to work from the office near Slussen.
• Proven experience leading engineers and coaching development teams.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering and product development practices.
• Successful track record of managing business-critical products and initiatives.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and supporting engineering leaders.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire excellence.
