What you will do

• Lead and support a section of 15–20 employees and consultants using a coaching and trust-based leadership style.
• Develop people, technical competence, and organizational ways of working.
• Contribute to long-term technology and capability development within a modern software organization.
• Create the necessary conditions for sustainable, high-performing engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with leaders, architects, and teams across various hirify.global sites.
• Balance daily operational delivery with strategic capability development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Lead with leadership responsibilities.
• Background working within software development organizations.
• University degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in agile methods and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to provide structure, clarity, and engagement for technical teams.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
