Manager Software Design (C2 & Frameworks)

What you will do

• Lead a section of approximately 15–20 employees and consultants working in software development and engineering.
• Support teams through coaching and trust-based leadership.
• Develop people, technical competence, and ways of working.
• Contribute to long-term technology and capability development.
• Build conditions for high-performing and sustainable engineering teams.
• Balance operational delivery with strategic development while collaborating with leaders, architects, and teams across hirify.global sites.

Requirements

• Experience in a software development organization.
• Background as an Engineering Manager, Team Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Leader, or Technical Lead with leadership responsibilities.
• Interest in agile methods and modern engineering practices.
• Coaching and collaborative leadership style with the ability to create structure, clarity, and engagement.
• University degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.
