What you will do
- Lead and support two engineering teams as a people manager and technical leader.
- Hire, coach, mentor, and provide feedback to develop team members.
- Organize teamwork, set goals, drive execution, and maintain accountability.
- Guide product decisions with experienced product managers and stakeholders.
- Lead work on automated campaign planning and data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute to the direction, culture, and continuous improvement of the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Solid experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile software development and engineering best practices.
- Technical familiarity with TypeScript and AWS infrastructure.
- Ability to stay connected to daily engineering work and provide respected technical leadership.
- Ability to work remotely from Sweden or from the Stockholm office.
