Head of Core Enterprise Platforms & Applications (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and transform core enterprise platform and application capabilities across hirify.global Group IT.
• Define roadmaps for platform modernisation, data and AI governance, and data-driven operations.
• Enable secure, accessible, and trusted data through governance and security-by-design practices.
• Drive standardisation, interoperability, and integration across platforms, applications, and data domains.
• Modernise enterprise platforms while maintaining stable, reliable, and scalable service delivery.
• Represent Group IT in cross-functional forums and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of IT management experience, including several years leading leaders.
• Extensive experience with enterprise applications, digital platforms, data management, analytics, governance, and AI capabilities.
• Proven experience driving large-scale transformation involving cloud, AI, modern IT infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of data security, interoperability, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
