Head of Modern Infrastructure (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and transform hirify.global’s Modern Infrastructure capabilities across infrastructure strategy, cloud operations, platform engineering, connectivity, and FinOps.
• Drive cloud, AI, automation, and modernisation initiatives across Business Areas and Group Functions.
• Build reliable, secure, scalable, cloud-native, and self-service platforms for product teams.
• Ensure stability, availability, resilience, governance, security, and operational excellence across cloud and legacy environments.
• Define roadmaps for cloud transformation, infrastructure automation, platform standardisation, and modern engineering practices.
• Lead senior managers, represent Group IT in cross-functional forums, and collaborate with executive stakeholders while reporting to the Group CIO.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, including several years leading other leaders.
• Extensive experience with infrastructure strategy, cloud operations, platform engineering, connectivity, FinOps, and technology operations.
• Proven experience leading cloud transformation, migration initiatives, and large-scale technology modernisation programmes.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, automation, self-service operating models, and infrastructure governance.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is required. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply to positions requiring security clearance.
