TL;DR

Revenue Enablement Manager (SaaS): Building and scaling the revenue enablement infrastructure for a fast-growing workforce management platform with an accent on cross-functional alignment across Sales, BDR, and Customer Success. Focus on driving AI tool adoption, optimizing onboarding programs, and delivering measurable improvements in ramp time and execution efficiency.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in the UK with at least 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Own and improve the end-to-end revenue team onboarding process with structured certification tracks.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools across the GTM team by identifying gaps and implementing actionable plans.
  • Build and govern a comprehensive library of playbooks, battle cards, and process documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to identify coaching needs and ensure product messaging lands in frontline execution.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, tool adoption, and win rates to prioritize initiatives.
  • Facilitate high-stakes team events including Sales Kickoffs and QBRs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering enablement programs with measurable outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience driving AI tool adoption within GTM teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading high-stakes sessions like SKOs or leadership offsites.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and challenge stakeholders to drive better outcomes.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

  • Experience with Jiminny or equivalent conversation intelligence platforms.
