What you will do
- Manage and improve regional sales processes, acting as the primary regional expert.
- Lead and develop the sales administration team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee regional CRM (Salesforce) implementation, onboarding, and change management.
- Analyze sales pipeline health, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual revenue forecasting and budgeting with leadership.
- Ensure alignment between regional operations and global sales systems and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Support and Management.
- 10+ years of total business experience.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
