What you will do

  • Manage and improve regional sales processes, acting as the primary regional expert.
  • Lead and develop the sales administration team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Oversee regional CRM (Salesforce) implementation, onboarding, and change management.
  • Analyze sales pipeline health, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual revenue forecasting and budgeting with leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between regional operations and global sales systems and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Support and Management.
  • 10+ years of total business experience.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
