Founding Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco office; in-person 5 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own core product areas end to end, from discovery and ideation through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate directly with customers and design partners to shape product direction and improve customer value.
• Define the future of AI-enabled marketing products and work with the AI research team to productize ambitious projects.
• Partner deeply with engineering to bring products and features to life.
• Use AI to accelerate product development and ship features for real customers.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience shipping products.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles through a technical background.
• Experience building and shipping in a scrappy, nimble team.
• Previous experience as a founding member of a startup with products used by real customers.
• Strong interest in defining what to build, ideally with prior engineering experience.
• Availability to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
