Senior Product Manager I (Applied AI)

Location: Remote role open to candidates in the United States

Salary: $136,000–$169,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Applied AI experiences supporting home service workflows.
• Research customer needs, market trends, and competitive products; translate ambiguous problems into requirements, prototypes, evaluation plans, and production-ready experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, Strategy, and AI platform teams to deliver products and commercial outcomes.
• Shape model behavior, context, retrieval, tool use, data quality, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and system constraints.
• Guide AI interaction patterns that provide transparency, user control, confirmation, and correction flows.
• Set product metrics, evaluation frameworks, adoption measures, feedback loops, and launch processes to improve product quality and customer impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Experience building AI-powered products, automation, assistants, copilots, agents, search, recommendation systems, workflow software, or other technically complex products.
• Technical fluency with large language models, model behavior, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, reliability, latency, cost, and safety.
• Experience defining product metrics, quality measures, adoption funnels, evaluations, and feedback loops.
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, user experience, and product analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly, or similar product analytics and growth tools.
• Experience improving team efficiency or output quality through AI tools and automation.
• Strong customer empathy, design judgment, analytical ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
