Member of Product Staff (AI)

What you will do

• Own a product pillar end to end, from identifying opportunities and building conviction to shipping and driving measurable outcomes.
• Lead one of the Enterprise & API, Evaluation, or Growth product areas.
• Partner with ML researchers to turn research into products, methods, models, and usable data.
• Develop a deep understanding of consumers, labs, enterprises, researchers, and other high-expectation users.
• Use feedback, usage data, analytics, and experiments to prioritize initiatives and improve shipped products.
• Write PRDs, specifications, and narratives while aligning engineering, design, research, and leadership.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of product management experience across consumer, developer, or enterprise products.
• Repeated, attributable product impact with measurable and sustained outcomes.
• Strong product judgment, autonomous ownership, persuasive communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Technical depth to work directly with engineers and researchers.
• Genuine conviction about AI evaluation and the ability to articulate the importance and direction of the domain.
• Production experience with AI/LLM systems, such as inference pipelines, evaluation workflows, model integration, or AI-powered product features.

Nice to have

• 0-to-1 experience at an early-stage company.
• Experience with developer- or enterprise-facing products and usage-based revenue models.
• Experience designing statistically rigorous experiments and metrics beyond standard benchmarks.
• Experience growing a consumer or developer product at scale.
• Experience introducing practices, tools, or standards that measurably improved team performance.
