What you will do

• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure client ROI objectives are met.
• Manage and scale a portfolio of 30+ medium to large-sized global advertiser accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements while identifying growth opportunities like upselling and cross-selling.
• Generate statistical and financial reports for clients and internal management.
• Maintain CRM records and stay updated on industry trends and market news.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Publishing, Performance, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian speaker (C2 level).
• English proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret statistical data and calculations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.
• Previous experience in media buying, affiliate marketing, or traffic management is highly valued.
