What you will do

• Lead and manage a sales team of 7-10 individual contributors towards quota attainment.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct weekly 1:1 deal reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Strategize territory growth and support individual sales efforts in complex enterprise deals.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and personnel management for the regional team.
• Collaborate with leadership to create strategies and processes for driving new business.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience managing individual contributors.
• 3+ years of successful B2B technology software sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven skills in team building, motivation, and strategic selling.
• Experience managing territories via customer expansion, outbound prospecting, and channel partners.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and various sales methodologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
