What you will do

• Manage deployment and upkeep of internal network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain internal servers and services.
• Implement infrastructure changes and performance improvements.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance to ensure system health and maximum uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within the infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a system support or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of networking, routing, and switching (CCNA level).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and Remote Access VPN solutions (Cisco ASA or Firepower).
• Must be based in Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, or Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Programming skills in Go or Python.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
