IT Support Engineer (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provide L2 ticket-based support for internal server and cloud applications, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Manage employee onboarding, including laptop provisioning, OS updates, MDM, and security software installation.
• Maintain office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, access points) and coordinate with ISPs.
• Administer configurations for routers, firewalls, network switches, and IP telephony.
• Monitor system health and scheduled jobs using alerting and monitoring tools.
• Manage domain registrations, SSL certificates, and product licensing for all systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of L1/L2 support experience using ticketing systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Macintosh and Windows OS laptop support.
• 1+ years of Linux system administration experience (DNS, SSL, file system).
• 1+ years of network administration experience.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with shell scripting, Python, or CLI tools.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products.
• Experience with Public Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of database operations or containerization/virtualization (Docker, VMware).
