Location: Must be based in Poland and able to commute to the office in Katowice (hybrid, 1 day per week).

What you will do

• Administer and maintain business applications for a French-speaking client.
• Monitor application performance to ensure high availability and stability.
• Handle 2nd and 3rd line support, focusing on incident and problem management.
• Execute infrastructure extensions, patching, upgrades, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar infrastructure role.
• French language proficiency (min. B2) for daily client communication.
• Experience in application administration and support.
• Knowledge of operating systems and hands-on experience with VMware.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Katowice office at least once a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with UCS, OpenShift, or Pure Storage.
