What you will do

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of 30+ global advertiser accounts using proprietary technology.
• Ensure clients meet their ROI objectives and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements to scale client accounts and increase revenue.
• Generate and interpret statistical and financial reports for clients and management.
• Prospect and qualify new leads to expand your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Publishing, Performance, and CS teams to share best practices and feedback.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the needs of online advertisers and publishers.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in calculations and statistics.
• Proactive communication skills and a highly organized, rigorous approach.
• Must be based in Barcelona for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a media buyer, advertiser, affiliate, or traffic manager.
• Proficiency in French, Russian, or Chinese.
