What you will do

• Manage a premium enterprise book of business using a data-driven and commercial approach.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
• Act as a strategic consultant to provide actionable insights and best practices to clients.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including technical implementation and tracking framework setup.
• Lead strategic quarterly business reviews with agency planners and brand executives.
• Collaborate with internal product and support teams to refine tools based on marketplace feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• At least 5-8 years of client-facing experience in digital advertising or premium ad-tech.
• Spanish: Native or fluent proficiency required.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong technical comfort with digital architectures, tracking frameworks, and server-to-server/conversion API integrations.
• Proven track record in account expansion and commercial negotiation.
