Health & Safety Expert (Telecommunications Infrastructure)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the Dublin office and 3 days remote

What you will do

• Deliver health, safety, and wellbeing priorities aligned with corporate goals and applicable laws, engineering practices, and data protection guidelines.
• Standardise risk management across operations and conduct supplier and workplace audits.
• Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Promote workplace health through employee welfare initiatives, ergonomic workstations, and wellbeing communications.
• Design and deliver HSW training for employees and suppliers, including onboarding guidance for new staff.
• Manage KPI reporting, supplier scorecards, ISO development, and safety culture initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Construction, Legal, HR, and external partners.

Requirements

• Training in occupational safety or a university degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with audits and extensive experience in a similar Health & Safety role.
• Background in telecommunications or infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HSW principles, regulations, best practices, and ISO 45001 or other international standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a pragmatic, hands-on, and collaborative approach.
• Fluent English at a professional C1 level and willingness to travel occasionally to local markets.
