What you will do

  • Develop proactive engagement strategies, health checks, and business reviews to ensure renewals and long-term value.
  • Identify and execute upselling and expansion opportunities through consultative selling aligned with customer goals.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for renewals and expansions, including forecasting via Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyze product usage and market trends to mitigate churn and position additional Clinical Solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or account management, ideally selling SaaS technology to hospitals.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven success in renewal management, upselling, or cross-selling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to travel overnight generally up to 30% of the time.
