What you will do
- Develop proactive engagement strategies, health checks, and business reviews to ensure renewals and long-term value.
- Identify and execute upselling and expansion opportunities through consultative selling aligned with customer goals.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end sales process for renewals and expansions, including forecasting via Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze product usage and market trends to mitigate churn and position additional Clinical Solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or account management, ideally selling SaaS technology to hospitals.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven success in renewal management, upselling, or cross-selling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel overnight generally up to 30% of the time.
