What you will do

• Execute sales strategies in the Atlanta Metro Area to drive incremental growth from independent agents.
• Identify and recruit key independent agencies to expand market share.
• Train agents and agency staff on ISC products and internal processes.
• Manage and maintain the producer marketing database using Salesforce.
• Facilitate product webinars, website demonstrations, and participate in industry trade shows.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to agents' offices, involving travel up to 60% of the year.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in the state of Georgia.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of previous sales and/or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the year, including occasional overnights.
