What you will do
- Facilitate training across various formats, including 1:1 coaching, small group sessions, and large team programs.
- Manage and continuously improve structured programs such as new hire onboarding.
- Translate product briefs and strategic priorities into actionable language for customer-facing representatives.
- Analyze Gong calls to identify patterns and surface insights to close performance gaps.
- Develop content and materials designed to drive behavioral change in sales, SE, and CSM teams.
- Partner with sales, CS, and product leadership to align enablement with real-world field requirements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role.
- 3+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a coaching capacity.
- Experience facilitating within a SaaS or tech environment across multiple audience types.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus.
- Ability to build training content from a brief independently.
- Must be based in Austin.
Nice to have
- Experience working across a combination of Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering roles.
- Proven track record of influencing actual behavioral change rather than just delivering information.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating on playbooks in real-time.
