Salary: $186,200–$310,300 per year, plus annual target bonus and equity opportunity.

What you will do

• Define enterprise architecture strategy for a broad portfolio of products and guide the transition toward cloud-native designs.
• Replace gate-based governance with automated compliance guardrails, certified Fast-Pass paths, and developer self-service.
• Lead the Patterns Council and coordinate Cloud Platform, Engineering, and Product leadership around reusable Paved Paths.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, AI/ML edge inference, complex cloud topologies, resilience frameworks, and FinOps practices.
• Influence executive stakeholders and co-create secure-by-design ecosystems across architecture, product, engineering, and security.
• Mentor Directors, Staff Architects, and engineering teams while embedding end-to-end ownership and the You Build It, You Run It philosophy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
• Executive leadership experience in high-throughput, ultra-low-latency, or tier-one financial services environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced expertise in GCP architecture, hybrid-cloud environments, complex cloud migrations, C++, and high-throughput messaging.
• Expertise in DevSecOps, CSPM, ZTNA, Policy-as-Code, and automated compliance checking.
• Strong executive influence, conflict management, agile product operating models, and practical TOGAF knowledge.

Nice to have

• TOGAF 10 certification.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification.
