What you will do

• Own financial reporting for international entities, including P&L and Bhirify.globalce Sheet reviews.
• Structure and manage relationships with local accounting firms to ensure reporting consistency.
• Drive automation by writing controlling specifications for the financial data team.
• Lead variance analysis, commentary, and audit readiness for all managed subsidiaries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Contribute to scaling the finance team through hiring and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial statements across multiple geographies.
• Proven experience coordinating external accounting firms or overseeing multi-country reporting.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be legally eligible to work from France.
• Background in a top audit firm or a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance accounting or regulated financial entities.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or AI tools.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
