What you will do

• Define and drive the company's financial strategy alongside executive leadership.
• Design, deploy, and improve automation workflows and AI agents across financial and administrative cycles.
• Produce monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management dashboards.
• Manage multi-currency treasury involving EUR, USD, and cryptocurrencies, including FX hedging.
• Oversee general accounting and multi-entity consolidation for France and Turkey.
• Manage financing operations, including bank debt, fundraising, and M&A due diligence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate financial strategy and governance.
• Ability to build and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Experience with tax, social, and legal compliance in France and Turkey.
• Capability to manage relationships with banks, investors, and statutory auditors.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office.
