Group Accounting Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for multiple group entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Coordinate accounting activities across France, Luxembourg, and other European jurisdictions.
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and the implementation of financial controls.
• Identify and execute improvements for accounting workflows and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and European statutory reporting.
• Prior experience in an external audit role.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bordeaux.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
