• Translate new compliance regulations into executable processes without gaps or delays.
• Manage escalations and complex cases, making critical decisions under pressure.
• Represent AML Operations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in AML, AFC rules, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience as a manager-of-managers in a high-volume operational environment.
• Ability to operationalize compliance rules at scale.
• High ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
