Finance Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid (Paris, France). Remote policy: up to 2 to 3 days remote per week.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and analyze budget forecasts.
• Manage internal audits and track key KPIs for finance, publishing, and acquisition.
• Optimize working capital, treasury placement, and FX exposure.
• Coordinate monthly account closings with external accountants and consolidate legal entities for France and Turkey.
• Support corporate finance activities, including due diligence for M&A and R&D grant projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in audit, transaction/M&A firms, or management control.
• Fluent in French and a high level of English (written and oral).
• Knowledge of social legislation conformity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
