What you will do

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Ops leaders to challenge assumptions and drive sharper financial decisions.
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead the deployment of AI agents and internal tools to automate forecasting and reporting cadences.
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams with full accountability for delivery.
• Build and maintain financial models that are accessible to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A or finance consulting, ideally within SaaS, tech, or fintech.
• Strong business partner mindset with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own projects from conception to completion without templates.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and data fluency (SQL or BI tools are a plus).
• Clear, structured communication skills for translating complex analysis into insights.
