What you will do
- Log new jobs and maintain accurate data within the Total Mobile system.
- Coordinate with residents to arrange validation and post-inspection surveys.
- Allocate job codes to site managers and monitor workflow progress.
- Manage client queries regarding property access and provide administrative support to the disrepairs team.
- Generate resident correspondence and monitor shared inboxes for urgent actions.
- Raise purchase orders and attend client meetings as required.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Loughton, UK
- Relevant administrative qualification or proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues.
