Senior Program Manager - Private Markets Technology (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology transformation programs across data platforms, operating models, and applications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, staffing, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Establish steering committees, working groups, governance standards, reporting, and decision-making cadences.
• Coordinate engineering teams, external vendors, contractors, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee change control, benefits realization, post-implementation reviews, vendor statements of work, and commercial management.
• Present program status, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive steering committees.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology and business transformation programs in asset management or financial services.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-year enterprise programs in Private Markets or Asset Management.
• Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid program management methodologies and tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed organization and managing financial, budget, vendor, and commercial matters.
• Fluency with AI tools and experience overseeing AI-enabled initiatives alongside traditional technology and process workstreams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.
• Private Markets experience and exposure to fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, OMS/IBOR, or data platforms.
