Marketing Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Los Angeles Metro Area, hybrid; in-person work at hirify.global offices and client sites twice a month and as needed. Consultants are expected to work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location at least three days per week and reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Work locations include U.S. markets such as New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, and Washington D.C.

Base salary: $130,600–$135,700 for Senior Consultant; $140,000–$147,000 for Associate Manager, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into operating plans, timelines, scopes, resourcing models, and success metrics.
• Own complex, multi-workstream marketing initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Design scalable operating models, workflows, reporting frameworks, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Track OKRs, KPIs, and marketing performance while driving process improvements.
• Lead responsible AI adoption and embed AI-enabled insights into strategy and operations workflows.
• Coordinate marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams while supporting client growth, pitches, and proposals.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within consulting, agency, or technology environments.
• Fluency in AI with proven success embedding AI-enabled insights into workflows and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting client delivery or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and process-improvement skills.
• Experience building tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
